17 Payment of proceeds of sale
(1) The agent must pay to the grower any proceeds the agent receives for the sale of produce under the agreement, less: (a) any commissions and agents’ fees permitted under the agreement; and (b) any extra amounts that may be deducted under the agreement. (2) The payment must be made within the period specified in the agreement for the purposes of this clause.
