#### 99A Dismissal of opposition filed with Registrar (1) The Registrar may, in prescribed circumstances, dismiss an opposition filed with the Registrar in accordance with subsection 96(1). (2) An application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for the review of a decision of the Registrar to dismiss an opposition under subsection (1).
