94 Referral to court
If: (a) an application has been made to the Registrar under subsection 92(1); and (b) the Registrar is of the opinion that the matter should be decided by a prescribed court; the Registrar may refer the matter to such a court and the court may hear and determine the matter as if an application had been made to it under subsection 92(3).
