#### 80E Renewal within prescribed period (1) If a request for the renewal of the registration of the trade mark is made in accordance with section 80D, the Registrar must renew, or successively renew, the registration for the potential renewal period or periods to which the request relates. (2) The Registrar must give notification of the renewal or renewals to the registered owner of the trade mark in accordance with the regulations. > Note: For registered owner see section 6.
