#### 190 Prescribed courts Each of the following courts is a prescribed court for the purposes of this Act: (a) the Federal Court; (aa) the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2); (b) the Supreme Court of a State; (c) the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory; (d) the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory; (e) the Supreme Court of Norfolk Island.
