#### 136E Goods released but not collected are forfeited Seized goods are forfeited to the Commonwealth if: (a) the goods are released by the Comptroller‑General of Customs to the designated owner; and (b) the designated owner does not take possession of the goods within 90 days of the release. > Note: For designated owner and seized goods see section 6.
