sec.46 Who is a transferable employee
A transferable employee is a person— who, immediately before the transfer day, was an employee of the department; and whose name is stated in the employee register as an employee to be transferred to TIQ.
- (a) who, immediately before the transfer day, was an employee of the department; and
- (b) whose name is stated in the employee register as an employee to be transferred to TIQ.
