sec.32 Rates
For the purposes of the levying of rates under the Local Government Act 2009 , a person who has entered into an agreement with the Council under section 19 is taken not to be the owner of the land the subject of the agreement until registration of a plan of subdivision in relation to the land. s 32 amd 2009 No. 17 s 331 sch 1
