sec.24 Master plan replaces concept plan and Townsville planning scheme

A master plan replaces— the concept plan; and the Townsville planning scheme; and the Council’s by-laws dealing with group title development; in relation to the stage to which it applies from the date of notification in the Gazette of the regulation approving the master plan.
