sec.15 Modification of proposed amendment of concept plan
The Council must consider all submissions properly made to it and may modify the proposed amendment of the concept plan after considering the submissions. The proposed amendment of the concept plan, with or without modification, becomes an amendment of the concept plan once it is adopted by the Council by resolution after consideration of the submissions.
