sec.8 Tenders not required for s 4 agreements
Despite the provisions of any other Act (including the Local Government Act 2009 ), the Local Governments are not required to give notice of intention to invite tenders or to give opportunity for the making of quotations in relation to agreements to be made under section 4 . s 8 amd 1993 No. 70 s 804 sch ; 2009 No. 17 s 331 sch 1
