sec.6 Agreements have force of law
Agreements made by any of the Joint Venturers for the purposes of the joint venture in terms set out in schedule 1 , part 1 , 2 , 3 or 4 have the force of law and may be enforced as if the terms of the agreements were enactments of this Act. s 6 amd 1997 No. 19 s 6
