NOTICE is hereby given, and it is hereby declared, that the several pieces or parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto being all in the Swan District have, in pursuance of the written consent under the Town Planning and Development Act 1928 as amended and approval under section 17 of the Public Works Act 1902 as amended of His Excellency the Governor, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, dated the 21st day of May, 1985, been compulsorily taken and set apart for tile purposes of the following public work, namely:- Town Planning Scheme No. 10-Shire of Kalamunda. And further notice is hereby given that the said pieces or parcels of land so taken and set apart are shown marked off on Plan P.W.D., W.A. 56214 which may be inspected at the office of the Minister for Works, Perth. The additional information contained in the Schedule after the land descriptions is to define locality only and in no way derogates from tile Transfer of Land Act description.
