sec.95 Notice if no further action to be taken
This section applies if, after considering any representations made to the chief executive within the representation period, the chief executive no longer considers a ground exists to revoke the exemption decision. The chief executive must— take no further action about the proposed revocation notice; and give the holder of the operator accreditation notice that no further action is to be taken about the proposed revocation notice. (sec.95-ssec.1) This section applies if, after considering any representations made to the chief executive within the representation period, the chief executive no longer considers a ground exists to revoke the exemption decision. (sec.95-ssec.2) The chief executive must— take no further action about the proposed revocation notice; and give the holder of the operator accreditation notice that no further action is to be taken about the proposed revocation notice.
