sec.92 Chief executive may revoke exemption decisions
The chief executive may revoke an exemption decision for an operator accreditation if satisfied— the decision was made in error; or the decision was obtained because of materially incorrect or misleading information or documents; or public safety may be endangered if the decision continues to have effect; or it is not otherwise in the public interest for the decision to continue to have effect.
- (a) the decision was made in error; or
- (b) the decision was obtained because of materially incorrect or misleading information or documents; or
- (c) public safety may be endangered if the decision continues to have effect; or
- (d) it is not otherwise in the public interest for the decision to continue to have effect.
