sec.91 Revocation of exemption decisions on request
The holder of an operator accreditation may, by notice given to the chief executive, ask the chief executive to revoke an exemption decision for the accreditation. On receiving the request, the chief executive must— revoke the exemption decision; and give the holder notice of the revocation. The revocation takes effect on the day the notice under subsection (2) (b) is given or a later day stated in the notice.
