sec.89 Application of particular provisions
The following provisions apply in relation to the operator accreditation as if the stated premises were an authorised holding yard for the accreditation— section 25 (6) , definition prescribed particulars , paragraph (b) (ix) ; section 66 ; sections 72 to 76 ; schedule 2 .
