sec.88 Application of division
This division applies if— an exemption decision is in effect for an operator accreditation; and an alternative requirement in the exemption decision states premises at which motor vehicles towed under the operator accreditation must be stored.
- (a) an exemption decision is in effect for an operator accreditation; and
