sec.85 Damaging or altering particular documents
A person must not wilfully damage or alter— an accreditation document for an accreditation that is in effect, including any part of the document; or a document that the holder of an operator accreditation must keep under section 24 (1) (b) to (f) ; or a document that the holder of an operator accreditation must keep under section 24 (1) (g) or (h) . Maximum penalty— for paragraphs (a) and (b) —20 penalty units; or for paragraph (c) —30 penalty units.

- (c) a document that the holder of an operator accreditation must keep under section 24 (1) (g) or (h) .
