sec.7 How applications must be made
An application must be made in 1 of the following ways— in the approved form for the application; in the approved way under section 6 (1) (a) for making the application; if there is no approved form and no approved way for making the application—in writing. An application must include, or be accompanied by, any information required for the application under section 6 (1) (b) . Subsection (2) does not limit or otherwise affect another provision of this regulation that requires an application to include, or be accompanied by, particular information. (sec.7-ssec.1) An application must be made in 1 of the following ways— in the approved form for the application; in the approved way under section 6 (1) (a) for making the application; if there is no approved form and no approved way for making the application—in writing. (sec.7-ssec.2) An application must include, or be accompanied by, any information required for the application under section 6 (1) (b) . (sec.7-ssec.3) Subsection (2) does not limit or otherwise affect another provision of this regulation that requires an application to include, or be accompanied by, particular information.
- (a) in the approved form for the application;
- (b) in the approved way under section 6 (1) (a) for making the application;
- (c) if there is no approved form and no approved way for making the application—in writing.
