sec.69 Application of division
This division applies in relation to— a motor vehicle damaged in an incident in a regulated area that is towed by a tow truck from the scene of the incident to another location; or a motor vehicle seized in a regulated area that is towed by a tow truck from the place of seizure to another location; or a motor vehicle parked on private property in a regulated area that is towed by a tow truck from the property to another location if the owner of the vehicle did not expressly request or direct the towing of the vehicle from the property.
- (a) a motor vehicle damaged in an incident in a regulated area that is towed by a tow truck from the scene of the incident to another location; or
- (b) a motor vehicle seized in a regulated area that is towed by a tow truck from the place of seizure to another location; or
- (c) a motor vehicle parked on private property in a regulated area that is towed by a tow truck from the property to another location if the owner of the vehicle did not expressly request or direct the towing of the vehicle from the property.
