sec.45 Notifying particular changes to partnerships
The holder of an operator accreditation that is a partnership must give the chief executive notice of the following events within 14 days after the day the event happens unless the holder has a reasonable excuse— a partner leaves the partnership; a partner dies. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
- (a) a partner leaves the partnership;
- (b) a partner dies.
