sec.39 Obstructing delivery of aid
This section applies if— a motor vehicle is damaged in an incident in a regulated area; and a relevant person attends the scene of the incident with a tow truck. The relevant person must not obstruct the delivery of first aid or medical treatment to someone else at the scene of the incident. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. In this section— obstruct includes hinder and attempt to obstruct. (sec.39-ssec.1) This section applies if— a motor vehicle is damaged in an incident in a regulated area; and a relevant person attends the scene of the incident with a tow truck. (sec.39-ssec.2) The relevant person must not obstruct the delivery of first aid or medical treatment to someone else at the scene of the incident. Maximum penalty—50 penalty units. - (a) a motor vehicle is damaged in an incident in a regulated area; and
