sec.35 Definition for division
In this division— relevant person means— the holder of an accreditation; or an executive officer of a corporation that is the holder of an operator accreditation; or a partner in a partnership that is the holder of an operator accreditation.
- (a) the holder of an accreditation; or
- (b) an executive officer of a corporation that is the holder of an operator accreditation; or
- (c) a partner in a partnership that is the holder of an operator accreditation.
