sec.22 Grounds for amending, suspending or cancelling driver accreditations and assistant accreditations— Act , s 38

For section 38 (g) of the Act , the following grounds are prescribed for amending, suspending or cancelling a driver accreditation or an assistant accreditation— the holder of the accreditation has not complied with a condition of the accreditation; for a driver accreditation— the holder of the accreditation does not hold a relevant driver licence; or the holder of the accreditation has, during the period of the accreditation, used a tow truck on a road in contravention of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021 , section 10 . In this section— relevant driver licence see section 46 of the Act . • (a) the holder of the accreditation has not complied with a condition of the accreditation;
• (b) for a driver accreditation— (i) the holder of the accreditation does not hold a relevant driver licence; or (ii) the holder of the accreditation has, during the period of the accreditation, used a tow truck on a road in contravention of the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021 , section 10 .
• (i) the holder of the accreditation does not hold a relevant driver licence; or
