sec.124 Records about activities carried out before commencement
This section applies if— before the commencement, an activity mentioned in the repealed regulation, section 25(1) was carried out under a licence in relation to a motor vehicle; and immediately before the commencement— the period for making a record relating to the motor vehicle under the repealed regulation, section 25(2)(a) had not ended; and a record relating to the motor vehicle had not been made under the section. Section 25 applies in relation to the motor vehicle as if the activity were carried out under the licence holder’s operator accreditation. (sec.124-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, an activity mentioned in the repealed regulation, section 25(1) was carried out under a licence in relation to a motor vehicle; and immediately before the commencement— the period for making a record relating to the motor vehicle under the repealed regulation, section 25(2)(a) had not ended; and a record relating to the motor vehicle had not been made under the section. (sec.124-ssec.2) Section 25 applies in relation to the motor vehicle as if the activity were carried out under the licence holder’s operator accreditation.
