sec.123 Documents under repealed Act

Section 24(1)(g) applies in relation to a towing consent under the repealed Act, other than a towing consent that stopped having effect more than 1 year before the commencement, as if the towing consent were a private property towing consent. Section 25(2)(b), (3)(b), (4) and (5) applies in relation to a record made under the repealed regulation, section 25(2)(a), other than a record made more than 1 year before the commencement, as if it were a record made under section 25(2)(a).
