sec.121 Application of s 4
This section applies in relation to a person if— immediately before the commencement, the person held a driver’s certificate under the repealed Act; and the driver’s certificate is taken to be a driver accreditation under section 160 of the Act ; and the person continues to hold the driver accreditation. Section 4 does not apply in relation to the person until 26 August 2025. (sec.121-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a person if— immediately before the commencement, the person held a driver’s certificate under the repealed Act; and the driver’s certificate is taken to be a driver accreditation under section 160 of the Act ; and the person continues to hold the driver accreditation. (sec.121-ssec.2) Section 4 does not apply in relation to the person until 26 August 2025.
