sec.110 Fees
The fees payable under the Act are stated in schedule 3 . Subsections (3) and (4) apply in relation to a renewal application to renew an accreditation. The fee payable under schedule 3 , item 2 or 5 for the renewal application is the fee in force on 1 July in the financial year in which the renewal period is taken to start under subsection (4) . For subsection (3) , the renewal period is taken to start the day after the accreditation would otherwise stop having effect.
