sec.101 Period of temporary holding yard approvals
A temporary holding yard approval— takes effect on the day notice of the decision is given under section 100 (1) or a later day stated in the notice; and has effect for the period stated in the notice of the decision, including any extension of the period under section 102 or 103 .
