#### 95 Supply of information between Secretary and Commissioner of Police 95 Supply of information between Secretary and Commissioner of Police > > (1) The Secretary may, for the purposes of the administration of this Act, enter into arrangements with the Commissioner of Police— > > > > > (a) for the supply to the Secretary of information contained in the records of the NSW Police Force, and > > > > > (b) for the supply to the Commissioner of Police of information contained in the register kept under section 39 of this Act. > > > (1A) A disclosure of information made in good faith under the arrangements does not constitute a contravention of any provision as to confidentiality in this Act and does not constitute a contravention of the [Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1998-133). > > > (2) Those arrangements are sufficient authority for the supply of that information. > > **s 95:** Am 2007 No 54, Sch 1 \[23\]; 2011 No 62, Sch 3.37; 2017 No 22, Sch 1.22 \[3\]; 2018 No 65, Sch 4.6\[5\].
