#### 93 Delegation by Secretary 93 Delegation by Secretary > > (1) The Secretary may delegate to an authorised delegate any of the Secretary’s functions under this Act or the regulations, other than this power of delegation. > > > (2) A delegate may sub-delegate to another authorised delegate any of the functions delegated by the Secretary if the delegate is authorised in writing to do so by the Secretary. > > > (3) In this section— > > > > authorised delegate means— > > > > > (a) any person employed in the Department, or > > > > > (b) any person, or any person belonging to a class of persons, prescribed by the regulations. > > **s 93:** Rep 2007 No 54, Sch 1 \[21\].
