#### 9 Continuity of office of appointed members of Board 9 Continuity of office of appointed members of Board > A person holding office as an appointed member of the Board immediately before the repeal and re-enactment of section 9(2) by the [Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act (No 2) 2001](/view/html/repealed/current/act-2001-112) is taken to have been appointed under that subsection (as re-enacted) for the balance of the member’s term of office.
