#### 82 Inspection of tow trucks 82 Inspection of tow trucks > The regulations may make provision for or with respect to any of the following— > > > (a) requiring a tow truck to be taken to a place for the purpose of an inspection or to be made available for inspection, > > > (b) authorising inspections to be carried out by specified persons, > > > (c) authorising notices to be given requiring the repair or modification of tow trucks, > > > (d) prohibiting the operation of a tow truck until work specified in a notice has been carried out, > > > (e) any other matter relating to the inspection of tow trucks.
