#### 74 Abuse of authority conferred by licence or drivers certificate 74 Abuse of authority conferred by licence or drivers certificate > A person who is a licensee or certified driver must not in any way— > > > (a) suggest or imply that the person may, because of the licence or drivers certificate, exercise any function apart from a function authorised by the licence or certificate, or > > > (b) use or attempt to use the licence or drivers certificate to exercise any function apart from a function authorised by the licence or certificate. > > Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
