(1) Transport for NSW may issue distinctive number-plates for tow trucks that are, according to the advice of the Secretary, to be operated under the authority of a licence.
(2) A licensee must not sell, or otherwise transfer, any number-plates issued under this section to another person.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
