#### 100 Refund of fees 100 Refund of fees > > (1) If a licence or drivers certificate is suspended or revoked or voluntarily surrendered, the Secretary may refund part of any fees paid in respect of the granting of the licence or drivers certificate. > > > (2) In determining whether part of a fee is to be refunded, the Secretary may have regard to any costs incurred by the Secretary with respect to the granting of the licence or drivers certificate.
