sec.98 Power to require reasonable help
The authorised officer may require an occupier of the place or a person at the place to give the officer reasonable help to exercise a power under section 97 , including, for example, to produce a document or to give information. When making a requirement under subsection (1) , the authorised officer must give the person an offence warning for the requirement.
