sec.49 Automatic suspension of driver accreditations if relevant driver licence suspended
This section applies if a relevant driver licence held by the holder of a driver accreditation is suspended. The driver accreditation is automatically suspended from the day the relevant driver licence is suspended until the suspension of the licence ends. (sec.49-ssec.1) This section applies if a relevant driver licence held by the holder of a driver accreditation is suspended. (sec.49-ssec.2) The driver accreditation is automatically suspended from the day the relevant driver licence is suspended until the suspension of the licence ends.
