sec.47 Automatic cancellation of accreditations held by individuals if individual dies or becomes insolvent
An accreditation held by an individual is automatically cancelled on the happening of the following events— the individual dies; if the accreditation is an operator accreditation—the individual becomes an insolvent under administration under the Corporations Act , section 9 .
- (a) the individual dies;
- (b) if the accreditation is an operator accreditation—the individual becomes an insolvent under administration under the Corporations Act , section 9 .
