sec.30 Applications to amend accreditations
The holder of an accreditation may apply to the chief executive to amend the accreditation (an amendment application ). The amendment application must— be made in the way prescribed by regulation; and provide details of the proposed amendment; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation; and include or be accompanied by the information prescribed by regulation.
