sec.24 Applications to renew accreditations
The holder of an accreditation may apply to the chief executive to renew the accreditation for a stated period of not more than 5 years (a renewal application ). The renewal application must— be made in the way prescribed by regulation; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation; and include or be accompanied by the information prescribed by regulation.
