sec.23 Renewal notices
The chief executive may, before the expiry day for an accreditation, give the holder of the accreditation a notice about renewing the accreditation. The notice must state— the expiry day for the accreditation; and that if the accreditation is not renewed before the expiry day, the accreditation stops having effect. Failure to give a notice under this section does not affect the expiry of the accreditation. (sec.23-ssec.1) The chief executive may, before the expiry day for an accreditation, give the holder of the accreditation a notice about renewing the accreditation. (sec.23-ssec.2) The notice must state— the expiry day for the accreditation; and that if the accreditation is not renewed before the expiry day, the accreditation stops having effect. (sec.23-ssec.3) Failure to give a notice under this section does not affect the expiry of the accreditation.
