sec.178 Existing requests for criminal history reports
This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive asked the police commissioner for a written report under the repealed Act, section 36; and immediately before the commencement, the police commissioner had not given the report to the chief executive. The request is taken to have been made under section 138.
