sec.157 Existing regulated areas
From the commencement, an existing regulated area is taken to be a regulated area under this Act. The boundary of each existing regulated area may be inspected through the Queensland Government’s interactive online tool called the Queensland Globe. This section applies only until a regulation under this Act first prescribes an area to be a regulated area. In this section— existing regulated area means an area that, immediately before the commencement, was a regulated area under the repealed Act. (sec.157-ssec.1) From the commencement, an existing regulated area is taken to be a regulated area under this Act.
