sec.12 Private property towing consents
A private property towing consent is a document that— is in the approved form; and states that there is an arrangement, between the holder of an operator accreditation and the occupier of private property in a regulated area, under which the holder may, until the arrangement ends, carry out private property towing in relation to the property. A private property towing consent stops having effect if the arrangement mentioned in the consent ends. (sec.12-ssec.1) A private property towing consent is a document that— is in the approved form; and states that there is an arrangement, between the holder of an operator accreditation and the occupier of private property in a regulated area, under which the holder may, until the arrangement ends, carry out private property towing in relation to the property. (sec.12-ssec.2) A private property towing consent stops having effect if the arrangement mentioned in the consent ends.
- (a) is in the approved form; and
- (b) states that there is an arrangement, between the holder of an operator accreditation and the occupier of private property in a regulated area, under which the holder may, until the arrangement ends, carry out private property towing in relation to the property.
