sec.88 Evidence

This section applies to a proceeding under this Act. A signature purporting to be the signature of the commissioner is evidence of the signature it purports to be. A certificate purporting to be signed by the commissioner and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— that a specified document is a registration certificate, or copy of a registration certificate, granted under this Act; that on a specified day, or during a specified period, a specified person was or was not registered; that registration— was or was not granted for a specified term; or was or was not in force on a specified day or during a specified period; or was or was not subject to conditions or a specified condition; that a document is a copy of a record kept under this Act. s 88 amd 2014 No. 8 s 179 (sec.88-ssec.1) This section applies to a proceeding under this Act. (sec.88-ssec.3) A certificate purporting to be signed by the commissioner and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter— that a specified document is a registration certificate, or copy of a registration certificate, granted under this Act; that on a specified day, or during a specified period, a specified person was or was not registered; that registration— was or was not granted for a specified term; or was or was not in force on a specified day or during a specified period; or was or was not subject to conditions or a specified condition; that a document is a copy of a record kept under this Act.

• (a) that a specified document is a registration certificate, or copy of a registration certificate, granted under this Act;
• (b) that on a specified day, or during a specified period, a specified person was or was not registered;
• (c) that registration— (i) was or was not granted for a specified term; or (ii) was or was not in force on a specified day or during a specified period; or (iii) was or was not subject to conditions or a specified condition;
• (i) was or was not granted for a specified term; or
• (ii) was or was not in force on a specified day or during a specified period; or
• (iii) was or was not subject to conditions or a specified condition;
• (d) that a document is a copy of a record kept under this Act.
