sec.73 Who may apply for an injunction
The following persons may apply to the District Court for an injunction— the commissioner; a person aggrieved by the conduct of another person who is carrying on the business of an inbound tour operator or who is a tour guide.
- (a) the commissioner;
- (b) a person aggrieved by the conduct of another person who is carrying on the business of an inbound tour operator or who is a tour guide.
