sec.23 Decision on application
The commissioner must consider the application for renewal of registration and— grant the renewal, with or without conditions; or refuse to grant the renewal. However, the commissioner must not consider the application unless it is properly made under section 22 . If the commissioner decides to grant the renewal, the commissioner must grant registration for the term stated in the application. If the commissioner decides to refuse to grant the renewal, the commissioner must— give the registrant a QCAT information notice for the decision within 14 days after the decision is made; and refund the registration renewal fee paid by the registrant, if any. s 23 amd 2009 No. 24 s 801 (sec.23-ssec.1) The commissioner must consider the application for renewal of registration and— grant the renewal, with or without conditions; or refuse to grant the renewal.
