sec.103 Existing applications
This section applies in relation to the following applications made, but not decided, before the commencement— an application for registration made under section 20; an application for the renewal of a registration made under section 22. The commissioner must decide the application under part 3 as in force from the commencement. s 103 ins 2020 No. 15 s 217 (sec.103-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to the following applications made, but not decided, before the commencement— an application for registration made under section 20; an application for the renewal of a registration made under section 22.
